My payment failed, what should I do?

You can pay for Snappcar bookings with a debit card via iDeal, or with a credit card.

Please keep the following in mind:

1. You can only pay with a bank account in the same name as your Snappcar profile

2. You can only pay with a personal account, payments from business accounts are not accepted

3. You can only pay with 'normal' credit cards, pre-paid cards are not accepted


Have you tried to pay with an account in a different name, business account or pre-paid card? Don't worry, these failed payments will be automatically refunded to you and will be back in your account within a maximum of 10 working days.
