After you have paid and confirmed, you can still choose to adjust your booking. In most cases you can do so yourself, in other cases we can help you.
You can extend a booking via your SnappCar account. Click on the relevant booking in your SnappCar account and then on the button 'extend booking'. The request to extend the booking will be sent to the owner. If the owner accepts, you can pay the additional costs and your extension is confirmed. You can extend a booking multiple times, as long as the owner accepts your requests. It's only possible to extend your booking as long as your rental period is still ongoing. Once it has ended, you can no longer extend and need to send the owner a new booking request.
Adjust pick up time / shorten rental period
Our support team can help you adjust your booking to an earlier pick up time, or shorten the rental period. When you fill out the form below, we will get back to you regarding your request as soon as possible. Please note that if you choose to shorten your rental period, you will not receive a refund for the extra time.
Please note that the new start/end time is only approved when it has been accepted by the owner and you have paid any required additional costs.
