To make sure the start of the rental goes smoothly we advise all car owners to inspect the car thoroughly before a rental. If there is any existing damage to the car you can already add this to the car's profile via My SnappCar > My cars > Add damage. The damage will already be added to the check-in so you won't have to do this again.
When the renter arrives you walk-through the check-in procedure together. Add the fuel level, mileage, any existing damages and you will have to check the driver's license of the renter. Please note: if the information on the license does not match you cannot handover the keys, contact our Community Support team.
You will both have to do the check-in steps. After the renter agreed that he has received the keys the check-in is done!
