Mention your name, question/remark, your booking number, and if applicable add some images (for example if you have issues uploading your license). By providing us with the right information, we can help you out better and faster.

  • In case you need roadside assistance pick Option 1. You will be forwarded to Allianz Global Assistance roadside assistance(available 24/7).
  • Pick Option 2 to contact our Support team. Are all lines engaged? Try again at a later time or stay on the line and enjoy our tunes. You can also reach us via email.
  • If you contact us outside of working hours you can always leave a message. State your name, question and booking number (if applicable) and we’ll get back to you. You can also reach us via email.
