As a renter you are responsible for paying any fees related to your trip. For example congestion fees, toll fees, and parking fees, including traffic fines and parking fines.
The owner will most often get the invoice sent to his/her home address since they are the owner of the car. It is therefore important that you pay the owner for this as soon as they reach out to you.
If you notice a parking ticket during your booking, send a picture of it directly to the owner and arrange with them how to handle the payment.
If you do not respond or do not pay, the owner can fill out this form with our Community Support team. If this happens and SnappCar needs to intervene, a fine will be added to the traffic fine amount which will result in more expensive costs for the renter.
