Service costs (or SnappCar fee) are the fees that are charged for the platform services that SnappCar offers. These services are, among others: Trust and safety checks, payment infrastructure, making it possible to search and book a car, messaging and communication services and community support.
Insurance fees are not included in the service costs and you pay for them separately.
