My shared bank account is not being accepted by the payment verification

Unfortunately, our system has difficulties reading both names on shared bank accounts by certain banks. This results in a failed payment verification, even if your name is on the bank account. We are working on solving this issue, at the moment there is no fix available.

SnappCar does a payment verification in the verification process and on every booking. In order to pass this verification, please make sure you are paying with a personal bank account in your name and not a business account.
