What does verification mean?

SnappCar verifies the identity of every renter who wants to use the platform in order to ensure a safe community. To be able to do this, we need every renter to go through our verification process. The process consists of several steps of providing us with information about yourself:

  • Name Address
  • Phonenumber
  • Driver’s license
  • Payment ( € 5,00 ) with your own (personal) bank account. The payment will actually be used to verify your account and therefore will not be refunded. 

By providing us with the needed information at every step, we are able to confirm your identity. If the information is correct and we are able to verify your identity, your profile will be verified and it will not be necessary to go through the steps again.
