No, we do not allow cash payments. We require online banking not only for payment of a rental but also for security and verification purposes. Cash or mobile payments are however accepted for example for fuel agreements and congestions charges between renter and owner.
Any cash transactions between owners and renters for rentals are forbidden on the SnappCar platform and are in violation of our Terms & Conditions. If you are being proposed a cash transaction, please report the renter through the SnappCar app or website.
