Why did SnappCar deduct money from my account after my rental?

There are several reasons why SnappCar is authorized to deduct money from your account after a rental. The most common ones are:

  • You have driven extra kilometers (above the free amount included in your rental) for which you need to pay a mileage charge. 
  • You have caused a damage and need to pay own risk or a part of it.
  • You have caused a fine or fee (parking, speeding or other) which you have not directly paid to the owner.
