Cancel a booking

You can cancel your booking the booking overview. Click on the ‘cancel booking’-button to cancel the booking. Fill in the prompt to let the owner know why you are cancelling your booking.

 

Cancelling an unpaid booking
When a booking has not been paid it's not officially confirmed. Cancelling a booking before payment is therefore always free of charge.

 

Cancelling a paid booking longer than 24 hours in advance
When you have paid for a booking and cancel more than 24 hours before the starting time, you will receive a full refund. 

 

Cancelling a paid booking within 24 hours in advance

If you already paid for your booking and you cancel within 24 hours before the starting time, you will not receive a refund and the booking will be paid to the owner, even if you made a private agreement with the owner otherwise. If you wish to adjust the booking time, please do not cancel the booking but fill out this form to submit a request.
