Even if you have checked out after your rental, you can get a ticket if you did something that caused a ticket. This happens for example when you park the car in a wrong spot after a rental. In case of a ticket the car owner will receive the fine. He or she will then contact you so you can arrange the payment towards the car owner within a set time frame. If you fail to properly and timely pay the amount to the owner the ticket will be handled by SnappCar. It that case we will process the ticket, pay out to the owner and deduct the amount from your bank account. You will receive an invoice and a copy of the ticket via mail. Please keep in mind we will end your participation to SnappCar after processing the ticket and your account will be deactivated. For more information check our penalty policy here.
