How do I handle a damage that occurred during the rental?

If a damage occurred during your rental period and the car is still driveable (cosmetic damage for instance) you can report the damage via the Snappcar App during the check-out.

When prompted if a new damage should be added, you can add photos of the damage and add a description. We will then forward all relevant information to Allianz, our insurer, who will handle the claim.

You will be kept up to date of the process through email. If you have any questions about current damages, contact Allianz via snappcar@allianz.nl. If the car can no longer be driven, please contact our Roadside Assistance partner. See this article for more information.
