The owner contacted me after the rental that a damage was found, what do I do?

If you are approached by the car owner regarding a damage found after the check-out, you can contact SnappCar. It is mandatory to take clear photos during check-in and check-out via the SnappCar App. If it concerns a car with SnappCar Keyless, you are obliged to take photos and report new damage during check-in and check-out. There are no photos and can the car owner within the reporting period stated in the insurance company's policy, make it plausible that a new damage occurred during the rental period, the damage will be handled and possibly recovered from you.
