The owner contacted me after the rental that a damage was found, what do I do?

If you are contacted by the owner regarding a damage found after check-out, please contact SnappCar. All damages should be reported during the check-out. However, when both owner and renter fail to spot a damage during check-out, damages can be registered to a booking up to 48 hours after the rental period has ended.
