What if I can’t find my SnappCar Keyless-car?

Thirty (30) minutes before your rental starts, you can see the location of the car in the booking details. If the location of the car is not available in the App but check-in can be started, please contact us using the contactform below.

If you cannot find the car in the location given by the App, please contact the owner through our chat or phone. They cannot see the location of the car during a rental period to guarantee your privacy, they are often the last person to drive the car. Please make sure that you know what the car looks like and what the license plate number is.
