Receiving booking requests

Once the car is posted online, it will be available on the dates indicated in your calendar. It's always wise to make sure your availability in the calendar is up to date. Renters can search and find your car in the overview and send a rental request, of which you as an owner will be notified. You can then accept or decline the request. Please note that if you choose to turn on the 'Direct Booking' option, rental requests are automatically accepted and you cannot refuse them when you receive the request.

When the rental request is either automatically accepted via Direct Booking or manually by you as the owner, the tenant will be notified and can proceed to payment. Only once the payment is completed, the booking is officially confirmed and the cancelation policy applies.
