I found a damage after check-out, how do I report it?
Damages need to be reported at check-out. In certain circumstances, our insurance partners will process damages found after check-out until 48 hours after the rental has ended. In this case these damages need to be reported to SnappCar and the renter manually. Please see this article on the procedure. If the rental has ended more than 48 hours ago, damages cannot be reported anymore. Special procedures may apply for keyless cars. Please contact your account manager if you have questions.
