Yes, we can deduct the money owed by the renter if the renter is not willing to pay the owner directly. However, we ask that you first try to settle the matter directly between renter and owner. If the renter, for whatever reason, does not transfer the money, please send the traffic fine plus proof of correspondence to SnappCar Community Support via this form and we will process the fine.
