The insurance provided by our insurance partners is in effect during the rental period which was booked via our platform and when check-in was done according to the standard digital procedure. Should damage occur during the booking, then it will be handed over to the claims handling department of our insurance partners. With the full casco coverage, you are extensively covered against damage, theft, and vandalism. Damage due to technical defects on the vehicle, for example, caused by (natural) wear and tear, are not covered. Insurance conditions and pricing may differ between countries, so we strongly advise you to read and take notice of the insurance policy that applies to your rental before accepting and paying a booking.
