Renters are liable for all and any traffic violations committed during a rental period. If you receive a traffic fine that a renter caused during a rental, we ask you to pay the fine as soon as possible: the renter cannot be held liable for any additional charges due to expired payment dates. Immediately ask the renter to pay you the amount mentioned on the ticket.
If the renter does not respond or does not pay, please send the traffic fine and proof of correspondence between you and the renter to SnappCar Community Support via this form and we will pay you the amount mentioned on the ticket and deduct it from the renter. You will be paid by us whether we receive the money from the renter or not.
