How do I adjust my booking?

Unfortunately, our platform does not (yet) offer technical support to adjust times.

An extension can be requested but extra costs may apply. Read more about that here.


Change start date / start time
Do you want to change the start date or time of your booking? You can cancel free of charge outside 24 hours before the start of the booking. We will refund the rental amount and you can directly make a new booking for the correct date and time.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours before the start of the booking, you will not receive a refund. We pay the full rental income to the car owner.

Do you want to change the times of a booking within 24 hours before the start of the rental period? This is only possible when there is a mutual consent with the car owner and we have received a request from the car owner in time, via our Contact form, to cancel the booking free of charge.

Our Support team will process this request as soon as possible. If we are not able to process the request in time, there is no right to a refund.

Please note: we cannot process cancellation requests for bookings that are already cancelled.

The check-in of the booking is available 30 minutes before the start.
