How do I settle the damage with the owner?

The damage claim will be handled by Allianz, our insurance company. Allianz will contact you and the owner after a damage has been reported. You do not have to take any action yourself. Allianz will do an assessment of the damage and liability and will inform you and the owner accordingly. In case you and the owner both wish to settle matters between yourselves, please inform Allianz via snappcar@allianz.nl.
