Extend or advance your booking?

Would you like to use the car for longer or earlier? That's possible, if it fits in with the rental company's schedule.

Extend your booking

  • Go to your booking and select ‘Modify booking’

  • Choose a new end time

  • Your request will be automatically sent to the car owner

  • If the owner agrees, you can pay any additional costs

  • Once paid, your booking will be officially updated

Start earlier

You can use this link to request an earlier start time for your booking. Once submitted, we’ll contact the car owner to present your request.

⚠️ Please note: The change is only final once the outstanding amount has been paid. Until then, the original start time remains valid.

Instant booking

For cars with instant booking, extensions are automatically approved if the car is still available. If you're certain the car is available but you're unable to extend, please contact support.

Good to know:

  • You can make changes multiple times as long as your booking is still active

  • You can only make changes as long as the original end time has not yet passed. Has the end time passed? Then you can no longer extend and will have to create a new booking.

  • Changes can only be made if they fit within the landlord's schedule.

⚠️ Please note: If your request is not approved in time, the original time will remain valid.
