What are the cancellation conditions?

Sometimes things don't go as planned, but that's no problem. You can simply cancel your booking, but there are a few conditions you need to take into account.

1. Haven't paid yet? Then you're not committed to anything.

Made a booking but haven't paid yet? Then nothing is final yet. You can cancel at any time, completely free of charge.

2. Canceling more than 24 hours in advance

Paid and well in advance? Great. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of your booking, you'll get your money back. No hassle.

3. Canceling less than 24 hours in advance

Are you closer to the pickup time? Then it gets a little trickier.

If you cancel within 24 hours before the start of the booking, we cannot issue a refund. The owner will still receive the full amount. Even if you agree otherwise between yourselves, this is a fixed part of our cancellation policy.

4. Want to change something? Don't cancel right away

Do you just want to change the time or return it a day later? Then you don't need to cancel the booking. In that case, you can simply submit a change request via your booking overview.
