When your car is rented out via SnappCar, we transfer your earnings as soon as possible after the booking ends. Any mileage fees for extra kilometers are automatically included in the total amount.
Make sure your profile is complete
To process payments, it’s important that:
Your bank details (IBAN) are saved in your SnappCar profile
You’ve accepted the Stripe Connected Account agreement
Your personal details have been verified
SnappCar works with Stripe, a secure payment service, to handle all payments. Stripe is legally required to verify users through a process called KYC (“Know Your Customer”).
What do we need from you?
To verify your profile, we need the following:
Full name
Address details
Email address
Date of birth
IBAN bank account number
A valid identity document
You can easily upload these details via your SnappCar profile. Stripe uses them to prevent financial crime, fraud and abuse, as required by European regulations.
Without full verification, we cannot process your payouts. So make sure your profile is complete.
