Canceling a booking
Have you decided not to go ahead with your booking? No problem! You can easily cancel via the overview in your SnappCar account. Click on ‘Cancel booking’, indicate why you are canceling, and we will notify the owner.
Haven't paid yet? Then you can always cancel free of charge.
If you have made a booking but have not yet paid, the reservation has not yet been confirmed. You can therefore cancel it at any time free of charge.
Paid for your booking but cancelling well in advance?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the booking, you will receive a full refund. So don't worry!
Canceling less than 24 hours in advance?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund in that case. The owner will receive the payment as usual, even if you have agreed otherwise.
⚠️ Please note: if you only want to change something about the booking, such as the time or date, you don't need to cancel. You can simply submit a change request via your account. Click here for more information on how to do this.
