As a renter, you're responsible for any extra costs that might come up during your trip. Think toll roads, environmental zones, parking fees, or fines like traffic or parking tickets.
In most cases, the owner will receive these costs at their address, because the car is registered in their name. If you receive a notification about this from the owner, arrange payment with them as soon as possible.
If you see a parking ticket on the windshield during your trip, take a photo and send it to the owner immediately. That way, you can agree on how to arrange payment.
If you don't respond or pay, the owner can contact our Community Support. In that case, an additional fine will be added to the original amount , which will only make it more expensive for you as the renter.
