I can't find the car, what now?

No worries, with the right steps, you'll usually locate the car quickly.

Do you have a keyless booking and can't find the car? Check the car’s live location, which is shared with you 30 minutes before your booking starts. It shows exactly where the car is parked.

Still can’t find it? Contact support, they can confirm the location for you.

For a non-keyless booking, you must always arrange a meeting with the car owner in advance. They’ll hand over the key to you personally. Make sure to agree on a meeting point before your booking starts, not at the last minute. That way, you avoid stress and confusion.
