Yes. Any fuel charges are deducted from your security deposit. Any remaining deposit will be refunded after your booking in accordance with our standard process.
How does it work?
For a large number of keyless cars, the fuel level is automatically measured during check-in and check-out. If you return the car with less fuel than it had at the start of the rental, the fuel costs will be calculated and reimbursed automatically. We apply a 1% tolerance to fuel level measurements.
If the fuel difference exceeds 10% of the tank capacity, a fixed €10 refuelling fee will be charged in addition to the fuel costs. This fee compensates the owner for the time and effort required to refill the tank. A 10% service fee is applied to the total amount (fuel charges plus any refuelling fee).
