Renting out an electric car? You settle your charging costs through your price per kilometer. They are then charged automatically after the rental, so there is nothing left to arrange afterwards.
How to set it up
Set your free kilometers to 0.
Build your charging costs into your price per kilometer.
You'll find both settings under your car: Car settings > Kilometers.
What happens next?
Every kilometer driven then counts as an extra kilometer. After the rental, the total number of kilometers is calculated automatically. SnappCar charges this amount to the renter and pays it out to you. No payment requests, no receipts to keep.
The renter sees your kilometer price before booking, so there is no discussion about charging costs afterwards.
Can I claim charging costs afterwards?
No. Charging costs cannot be claimed afterwards via Support.
