Will I receive replacement transportation in the event of a breakdown?

The objective of our roadside assistance is straightforward: to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved on site, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, replacement transportation can be arranged, this can be via public transportation or a temporary rental car. We always consult with you and SnappCar to determine what is best.

In the Netherlands, replacement transportation is available for a maximum of two days.
