The quickest way to get help is by using the chat function in the app or by visiting our Help Center. Our Support Team is available 7 days a week to assist you.

Phone support for emergencies

Phone support is only available during an active booking (started rental) and can be reached daily from 07:00 to 23:00.

During your active booking, you can find the contact options in the SnappCar app:

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Select your active booking

  3. Scroll down to ‘Contact Support’

In case of a breakdown, choose option 2 in the call menu to be connected directly to SnappCar Roadside Assistance (available 24/7). Always provide the license plate number and booking number.
