Phone Support

Phone support is only available during an active booking, daily from 07:00 to 23:00.

During a booking, you’ll find the contact button in the SnappCar app:

  • Go to “Bookings”

  • Select your active booking

  • Scroll down to “Contact Support”

Breakdown on the road?

Choose option 1 in the call menu to be connected directly to SnappCar Roadside Assistance (available 24/7). Please mention the license plate and booking number.

Outside an Active Booking

Do you have a question outside an active booking? The best way to reach us is via the chat function in the app or by visiting the Help Center.

Damage Inquiries (Allianz)

Do you have a question about a damage case? Please contact Allianz directly: Email: schadeservice@allianz.nl Always include the claim number in your message.
