Reporting Damage After Check-Out
If you, as the owner, discover damage after the check-out that was not reported by the renter, you can still submit a claim, as long as you do so within 48 hours after check-out. Allianz strictly enforces this deadline in order to process claims.
How to Report Damage Afterwards
Have you discovered damage that wasn’t recorded during check-out? Follow these steps:
Complete the designated damage report form
Include all relevant details and attach photos
⚠️ Important: Report the damage within 48 hours after check-out. Otherwise, Allianz will unfortunately not be able to process the claim.
