Damage caused during your trip?

Don't worry, these things happen. The most important thing is that you report the damage immediately during checkout in the SnappCar app. We can only process damage that is reported within 48 hours.

How do you report damage?

  1. Open the app as soon as you return to the owner or parking spot.

  2. Start the check-out process.

  3. Indicate that damage has occurred.

  4. Add clear photos of the damage.

Once you have done this, we will automatically forward the report to our insurer, Allianz. This allows us and the owner to quickly get started with the settlement process.
