Changing your phone number and address
You can update your phone number and address yourself. Go to Profile in the app > tap your photo. There you can edit your details directly.
Changing your email address
Want to change your email address? Then we need a bit more information. Please contact support. For verification, we’ll ask for:
Your date of birth
Your postcode
The last 3 digits of your driving licence
This way, we make sure your data is updated safely and correctly.
