Do you want to contact our Support team? Fill in the Contact form and you will receive a response from us as soon as possible.

To be able to help our users as quick and good as we can and to be available when assistance is most needed, our reachability by telehone is limited to urgent situations. For example, if you are currently experiencing problems during the check-in or check-out out of your keyless car or whenever your car has not been returned. You can then call our telephone number 030-2087011. We ask you to leave a voicemail message with, amongst other things, your name, telephone number and the license plate of the car and add a brief description of the situation. Our Support team will then listen to your message as soon as possible and assess whether we can help you further. We will then contact you by telephone. In all other cases we will refer you to the HelpCenter or Contact form. 

Technical problems with keyless cars

An emergency number is available which, outside the opening hours of our Support team, is only available to Dutch renters or owners who experience problems with opening or closing their keyless cars. The telephone number is +31 85 2250 137. You can leave a message with your name, telephone number and the license plate of the car and a description of the problem. Our Support team will then listen to your message as soon as possible and assess whether we can help you further. We will then contact you by telephone.
